Alex Green is a singer-songwriter and entertainer whose influences range from classic Northern Soul music and soul legends like Bill Withers and Aretha Franklin, through iconic British female vocalist such as Dusty Springfield, Cilla Black and Amy Winehouse. His voice is often loud and powerful, but he also knows how to hold back, be gentle and tender when the song and performance demands it. His songs are full of big choruses, and stories of heartbreak, love, loss and empowerment.
